Introduction to temperature-controlled pharmaceutical transportation services.

Expanding a pharmaceutical network in 27 countries and regions! We provide consistent support from the development of transport containers to environmental testing and actual transportation.

Logisteed Express provides "temperature-controlled transportation services" for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2021, we obtained CEIV Pharma certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), enabling us to achieve higher quality temperature-controlled transportation for pharmaceuticals. We have overseas group bases with strengths in pharmaceutical transportation in 27 countries and regions, and we have a proven track record of local support. Transporting pharmaceuticals that require temperature control demands high-quality management standards, staff with specialized education and training, and a proven transportation record as a company. We offer consistent support from the proposal, production, and environmental testing of various transport containers and cooling materials to actual transportation. The condition of products during transport (temperature, humidity, location information) is visualized using the latest real-time trackers. Additionally, we have established a system to immediately conduct backup transportation in the event of a temperature deviation. 【Services Offered】 ■ International transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals (air cargo) ■ Design, production, and environmental testing of special packaging ■ Comprehensive export and import operations utilizing logistics centers ■ International air transportation ■ International maritime transportation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Pharmaceuticals, investigational drugs, temperature-controlled transportation services *Available 24/7.

Is that transportation really safe? We support transportation across Japan and overseas with methods that comply with all cargo volumes, temperature ranges, and standards.

Our company conducts medical transportation in compliance with "GDP transportation," aimed at strict quality control during transport and storage, for pharmaceuticals, investigational drugs, cells, medical devices, and other medical-related items. While GDP has become a legal regulation in the EU, Japan joined PIC/S in July 2014, indicating that compliance with GDP is expected in the domestic pharmaceutical distribution in Japan. 【Overview of GDP Transportation】 ■ Traceability ■ Written reporting and investigation in case of anomalies ■ Temperature management, recording, and reporting ■ Quality assurance ■ Risk management, etc. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Free Gift] Materials on Pharmaceutical Transportation Glossary

To everyone who has started pharmaceutical transportation - A practical book that is useful in practice: A glossary to improve operational efficiency.

In the international transportation of pharmaceuticals, a lot of specialized terminology is used, and it is essential to understand their meanings thoroughly. In particular, terms related to regulatory compliance such as GDP (Good Distribution Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Incoterms in international transport, temperature loggers in temperature-controlled transportation of pharmaceuticals, and active/passive containers are frequently used. We have created a glossary of terms commonly used in pharmaceutical transportation. It is designed to be easy to understand for beginners and explains fundamental concepts. By reading this book, you can cover the specialized terminology used in the implementation of pharmaceutical transportation. 【Table of Contents】 ■ Introduction p.2 ■ Glossary of Terms for Temperature-Controlled Pharmaceutical Transportation p.3 ■ Index p.19 ■ Notes, References, Reference URLs p.20 ■ Logistics Express Co., Ltd. Company Information p.21 The materials are available for free. You can obtain them from "PDF Download."

[Case Study] Transportation of Pharmaceuticals with Strict Temperature Control Requirements

To everyone considering pharmaceutical transportation, we would like to introduce a case of vaccine transportation to Indonesia. This involves transportation within a temperature range of +6°C to +10°C.

Our pharmaceutical transportation specialist team will assist you in solving various logistics challenges. There is a need to transport pharmaceuticals under development within a narrower temperature range (for example, ±4°C within +6°C to +10°C) to maintain their efficacy. Logisteed Express has packaging proposals and transportation achievements that cater to such specific needs. We have created a case study on transporting within these special temperature ranges. We hope it will be of some help to those facing challenges in pharmaceutical transportation. ■ Are you facing any of the following issues? - Those with challenges in transporting pharmaceuticals under development - Those wishing to transport outside the temperature range of +2°C to +8°C - Those who are involved in temperature-controlled pharmaceutical transportation for the first time - Those who want to transport pharmaceuticals safely without temperature deviations via the shortest route - Those looking for a transportation company with extensive handling experience - Those wishing to outsource work to a transportation company that has obtained IATA CEIV-Pharma certification - Those wanting to outsource the selection of transport containers, packaging design, environmental testing, SOP creation, etc. *Please download the PDF document for detailed specifications. Feel free to consult us about any other issues you may have.

[Case Study] I want to clarify risks in advance and take measures.

Avoid risks in advance with the transportation engineering schedule! Proposing appropriate measures according to the season.

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenge of clarifying the risk of temperature deviations (spikes) for pharmaceutical manufacturer F and implementing countermeasures in advance. The company planned regular exports of temperature-sensitive formulations to Chicago. Since the management temperature for the formulations was room temperature (1 to 30°C), they initially believed there would be no temperature deviations during transport. However, they lacked the know-how to confirm whether there were any risks of temperature deviations end-to-end, which led them to consult us. We organized detailed information on each step of the end-to-end process into a "transport process chart" for visualization. This transport process chart allowed us to identify risks that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and take appropriate measures. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: To clarify the risk of temperature deviations (spikes) in advance and implement countermeasures ■ Our Solution - Visualization of risks and proposal of countermeasures through the transport process chart - Proactive avoidance of risks *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
